An exciting new chapter is unfolding in our partnership with alumna Muna Al Gurg DLEMBA2009, the Founder of Meem Foundation. Muna’s longstanding support has already empowered six exceptional women through scholarships to join LBS’s EMBA Dubai programme. Building on this success, we are happy to share that thanks to a generous donation to the Forever Forward fundraising campaign, the Muna Al Gurg Scholarship will be renewed and expanded.
In collaboration with Meem Foundation, which invests in innovative solutions to gender inequality, this expanded initiative will provide 12 scholarships over the next four years. This gift will enable LBS to attract and support talented women from the MENA region, awarding one MBA and two EMBA Dubai scholarships each year to high-achieving women attending the School.
Muna says, “I am delighted to extend Meem Foundation’s partnership with LBS, who truly share our vision of a world where women are empowered to achieve the fullest potential. Our previous scholars have achieved unprecedented career progression and are fantastic role models to others from the region so I am looking forward to what the future holds.”
Together with Meem Foundation, we will nurture a new generation of empowered female leaders to help drive economic growth across the MENA region.
